Ed Hood, Correspondent
Ed's been involved in cycling for over
37 years, and in that time he's been a successful time triallist,
team manager and sponsor, and respected coach. Throughout that time,
Ed has remained a massive fan and is hugely knowledgeable, with an
inexhaustable enthusiasm for the minutiae of the sport. Ed also writes
articles for other sites and journals, such as Cyclist Monthly, Cycling
Weekly, and PezCyclingNews.com.
Martin Williamson, Editor
& Webmaster
Martin has been cycling for over 32 years,
and he's raced for most of them. He's had a varied career from time
trials, to road and track racing. Martin's been the Scottish 25 Mile
TT and 100 Mile TT Champion, the British Points Race League Champion,
and he was a prolific winner of time trials, particularly hilly ones,
like the Trossachs & the Meldons. Martin is qualified as a Grade
A Track Commissaire. He's also active in Masters' swimming, and is
a qualified swimming coach and teacher. He nowadays fits competing
regularly in triathlons with coaching at a swimming club in East Lothian.
Gregor Russell, Publisher
Gregor has over 30 years of cycling experience,
in pretty much every aspect of the sport - as a tourist, racer, mechanic,
coach, and as a team owner. Gregor runs the
Velo Ecosse bike shop in Edinburgh, and he manages and sponsors
the most successful team in Scotland: Team
Velo Ecosse.
