Morning,

I have made a good friend in Sean Dines of Mavic. Whilst talking to Sean I asked him if he knew of a good coach that I could use. He suggested Mark Mckay.

I am a British citizen presently living and working in Grand Cayman with my family. I am looking to compete in the World Police and Fire Games next year in NYC and am looking for a coach in cycling and running as I'm also thinking of competing in the 10k.

I have a good background of cycling and running competing in triathlons, as well as in cycling and running events over 15 years, however all of these I have done through my own training.

I have had enough of doing it myself and would prefer someone to tell me what to do, if you understand what I mean.
